This is a program for the small and medium business person to CONSERVE CASH FLOW. We do not give credit to any of our
customers. What we do is to utilize ownership postponement in third party lending against inventory. Simply stated, we use
the consignment as collateral. The buyer is relieved of the responsibility for the goods, enjoying off balance sheet inventory
financing until the goods are actually received. You do not need credit approval or incur the expenses of Letters Of Credit
and other deal destroying additions to order and get your goods.
We handle your order the same way that you have always done it in the past with suppliers and/or buyers except that
instead of demanding 100% of the total payment up front we only ask for 1/3 of the total amount to be paid to be sent to us
after you have approved our quote and before we order. Instead of consigning the goods to you we retain the Negotiable Bill
Of Lading and release the goods to you, the Notified Party, on arrival at your destination and payment in full of the balance.
This gives you weeks to use your money to place more orders or to cover other short term expenses.
The cost of P.P.P. is not much more than a direct cash shipment. Let us talk with you about your needs and we can

others want you to do.
